What is it? Enriched yeast-risen dough, spiraling cinnamon, spice, and everything nice. Topped with melted butter and tangy cream cheese frosting.

The simple magic of a fluffy, warm cinnamon roll straight from the oven doesn't need to take 2 days, this fact is proved true in September's first class. We'll start by making the enriched dough, followed by the classic filling. We'll see what component gives these swirls their classic texture, then finish by checking out how to balance flavors for the perfect *not overly sweet* roll.
