Hey, hi, what up? It’s Ireland.

I’m a self-taught baker of 10 years. I’ve grown up in a family where cooking & baking are simply just a way of life. I was reminded from a young age that baking would always be something special to me. When I first started out in the kitchen I found myself asking the same question over and over, why? Why do we add the ingredients we do or perform the techniques we do? I was eager to learn, not only the science behind baking but what that meant for me. Fast forward to today, after a lot of learning and a lot of fails (!!!), I’m able to share what I have learned with you. I’m all about making the science behind baking easy, fun, and accessible to learn. I believe learning how ingredients interact with each other, and why you are adding them is the key to becoming a truly skillful baker.
