What is it? A lightly spiced chewy center/crispy-edged cookie that's then rolled in sparkling sugar.
In this class, we'll be revisiting the coveted class favorite GingerDoodles. Crispy around the edges, perfectly spiced, and very easily inhaled. During the replay, we'll consider a few ways to nail the classic chewy center and crispy-edged texture. Lastly, we'll see what addition causes these cookies to stand out from the rest.
