In the last class of the month, we’ll master this deceptively simple cake. We’ll make all 3 components, then discover what ingredient makes the Joconde cake so unique from the rest. Lastly, we’ll talk about a few ways to nail the assembly for a perfectly shaped opera cake, every time.
