How easy are the LIVE classes to follow?
With each class you have access to the step-by-step recipe, tested tips, and of course the LIVE interactive class itself. Classes are for all abilities and cover a range of topics, each class’ “difficulty” will vary based on the subject.
How are classes structured?
Each class is structured the same, we begin with a quick run through of the recipe and then we focus on 3 ingredients and answer the question- why? While baking alongside Ireland she is there throughout the entire duration of the class to answer any questions students have. Ireland breaks down each recipe into bite-sized portions and small breaks are taken throughout the class.
What if I can’t join every Saturday?
No problem at all, classes aren’t on an attendance base, rather it is come and go whenever you’re ready!
What ingredients do I need, and how do I get them?
Depending on the class, the ingredients will vary. Once you sign up, whether as a member or on a class by class basis, you’ll get the downloadable recipe sent to you will the detailed list of what you’ll need.
What equipment will I need for the classes?
Equipment requirements will vary depending on each class and can increase with the level of difficulty. A full equipment list will be provided alongside every recipe, including substitutions and links to anything you may need.
What recipes do you cover?
Each month a new theme is released alongside a set of tested recipes! I always love to hear member input to see what you want in the coming classes. Recipes we’ve previously covered range from, 3 layer cakes, brioche buns, and even ice cream!
Do you use the metric or imperial system?
The type of measurement the recipes will be in will differ depending on the class. Some classes will require a scale, while others may not. Conversions are given when possible.
