What you’ll learn:

01. 5 basic techniques that will take your macs from just ok to show-stopping.

02. How to understand the ingredients and their importance.

03. What actually matters when it comes to baking

Plus a bunch more out of this world, science behind baking, "how did I never know that?!" information.

This class is for you if...

— You think macarons are too confusing, intimidating, or just plain scary.

I think we can both agree, there's tons of information out there. In this class, we'll clear the confusion and talk about what actually matters when it comes to macarons & why these macarons are perfect for first-time mac makers

— Your macarons come out dry, cracked, and boring.

I understand cracked macarons are so 2020. That's why during the class, we’ll reveal the 5 keys to any good macaron, & take your macs from just ok to show-stopping.

— You're sick of making the same ole recipes over and over.

Again? This class will teach you how to understand the ingredients and their importance. Leading you to experiment with your own recipes.

Meet your teacher

I’m Ireland- a self-taught baker of 10 years. I’ve grown up in a family where cooking & baking are a way of life. When I first started out in the kitchen I repeatedly asked myself the same question- why? I was eager to learn, not only the science behind baking but what that meant for me. In August of 2020, after a lot of fails and a lot of learning- Bake it Smarter was born. I believe learning how ingredients interact with each other, and why you are adding them is the key to bypassing all those years of “experience” and heading straight to becoming a truly skillful baker.
